Return Policy

If your product is defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition.

Please note that some products are not eligible for a return.

For device-related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, we will refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable). For more information on warranty claims, please view Warranty Policy before purchase.

A user may return any product during the time of delivery, or within 7 days if:

  • Product does not meet user’s expectation.
  • Product is damaged during delivery (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival)
  • Delivered Product is incorrect (presentation different on the website) / incomplete
  • Doubt about the product quality and quantity
  • Received in an unhealthy/ unexpected condition
  • Is not satisfied with the packaging
  • Finds product unusable

A user may return any unopened or defective up to 20% and less, but following products may not be eligible for return or replacement:

  • Damages due to misuse of product
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
  • Any consumable item which has been used/installed
  • Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers
  • Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered.
  • For diapers and perishable products, such as meat, poultry, fish, dairy products, fruits, fresh vegetables and all cooked leftovers. We have a one (1) day return clamming policy. It is your duty to check product before receiving (we may deduct 60% price before returning). We will not accept any diaper or perishable items as return if more than 20% of the pack has been used. Finally, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
  • The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.
  • The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. If the product was delivered in the second layer of Upojog.com packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with a return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.

The available return options (drop-off/pick-up) will be notified as soon as possible after verifying.

Pack your Upojog.com parcel securely, with the product in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging as delivered to you and print the Return Label.

If you are from inside Dhaka then print 1 copy of the return label & secure the copy on the top of the Upojog.com box & if you are from outside Dhaka then print 2 copies of the return label and stick 1 copy on the top of the Upojog.com box and also give a copy inside the Upojog.com box too.

If you selected Pick-up then you will be contacted within 3 working days of the return request. If you selected Drop off then you can drop it to your nearest drop off point within 3 working days from the return request.

If you do not get any drop-off point from your area then you need to return that item via as per our preferred currier service as per the below address:

Refund Policy

You may get a refund within ten (10) working days on unopened or spoilt packaged products after our acknowledgement.

Upojog.com tries its best to serve the users. But if under any circumstances, we fail to fulfill our commitment or to provide the service, we will notify you within 3 working days via phone/ text/ email. If the service, that Upojog.com fails to complete, requires any refund.

Refund requests will be processed under mentioned situation:

  • Unable to serve with any product.
  • Customer returns any product from a paid order.
  • Customer cancels a paid order before it has been dispatched.
  • For diapers and perishable products, such as meat, poultry, fish, dairy products, fruits, fresh vegetables and all cooked leftovers. We have a one (1) day clamming policy. It is your duty to check product before receiving (we may deduct 60% price before returning). We will not accept any diaper or perishable items as return if more than 20% of the pack has been used. Finally, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

For all the above three scenarios, the refund amount will be sent to Upojog.com Balance of the customer. And the balance can only be used to purchase at Upojog.com. Upon customer’s request, Upojog.com will transfer the refund amount to the user’s original payment source. Refund is only allowed for customers who have paid via bKash or card or other electronic method. For the orders that are paid via Cash, refund is only to be given through Upojog.com Credits.
